7. No Sharing of SMS Consent & Personal Data
IMPORTANT — NO SHARING POLICY:
360Epoxy does NOT sell, rent, lease, trade, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information, including your mobile phone number and SMS messaging opt-in consent data, to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent status, and all related consent records are used exclusively by 360Epoxy for the sole purpose of sending you the specific text messages you have consented to receive (transactional and/or marketing messages from 360Epoxy only).
The only exception is our SMS service provider (currently GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which is used solely for the technical delivery of text messages on our behalf. Our SMS service provider is contractually prohibited from using your phone number, opt-in status, or personal data for any purpose other than delivering messages as directed by 360Epoxy.
We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of 360Epoxy or others.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:
Active project data is retained for the duration of the project plus 3 years
SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for compliance purposes
Marketing contact data is retained until you opt out or request deletion
If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for compliance record-keeping.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website, services, and SMS messaging program are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
